New ICAI Labs Offer Opportunities for Strategic AI Collaboration

The Innovation Center for Artificial Intelligence (ICAI) is preparing for the second phase of the national ROBUST program. This program focuses on the development of reliable AI-based systems for sustainable growth through the establishment of multiple quadruple-helix ICAI Labs. In the run-up to this new phase, the AI Hub East Netherlands is exploring whether there are companies and research institutions in the region that would like to participate in—or take the initiative to establish—a new ICAI Lab. For organizations facing strategic AI challenges, ROBUST offers a unique opportunity to invest in AI knowledge creation, innovation capacity, and talent development, in close collaboration with leading research institutions and other partners. This is aimed at companies capable of making a substantial investment (up to 1 million in cash, or shared with other companies).
