Joining Maarten are two seasoned entrepreneurs who have built and scaled successful companies. Bart Manuel, founder of Dept.com, grew a top Dutch digital agency into a global powerhouse with 4,000 experts across 20 countries. Victor Straatman, Partner at 4impact capital, is a serial entrepreneur with deep experience in digital tech and scaling impact-driven ventures. Together, they will discuss how the mindset of elite athletes applies to building and growing successful companies.
A day of learning, action & networking
We will start the day with lunch, giving everyone the chance to connect and exchange ideas in an informal setting. After that, Maarten will share his journey of becoming a top athlete and the powerful lessons he learned about breaking mental and physical barriers. Then, we will take that mindset into action. Together, we will step outside, get active, and experience what it means to stay focused and push through challenges during a mountain biking clinic.
After the ride, you can exchange perspectives with other successful entrepreneurs who have applied the same mental frameworks to build multi-million-dollar companies.
